      Great work environment but limited career options for non-underwrite ring positions.

      Pros

      Great work life balance. Good bonus. Training opportunities are available to those who want them. Free onsite gym with tons of equipment and classes.

      Cons

      Raises are minimal and promotions are rare. Management has a clear bias toward underwriters, so actuaries, claims staff, and operations personnel are treated as second class citizens. Which means, Less money and fewer advancement opportunities.

      I have never experienced such a toxic and unprofessional working environment until i joined the Toronto HR team. There is no one at the leadership level that can help you
