      Average Christmas Party. Ergonomic desk chairs. Clean offices. 401K plan after one year.

      Cons

      Disregard of any previous corporate office experience you may value. Back-stabbing sweatshop with "unattainable requirements" (job load here). Physical violence occasionally. Better than minimum wage.

      I could write an essay of reasons as to why you should avoid working in the HR at this company, I'll keep it to the point - Favouritism is rife here: if you're in the "right" clique, you can pretty much do anything without being called out. - Hypocrisy: they claim to value open, honest and effective communication yet many members of the team, including management, fails to do this. - Pretty much no one is there for your best interest. if you can convide in a colleague or manager, best believe it will be brought up at a later point to be used against you - they claim they are flexible but this really means: as long as you can come in when we say so, we'll have no problems. - once they believe someone, it is virtually impossible to shift the mindset.
