Paternalistic company that is always growing. Competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunity if you're willing to do the work for it.

Cons

Strong culture that moves very slowly. Many employees have long tenure and are uncomfortable with change, making much needed change take that much longer and more uncomfortable.

No opportunity unless your connected. Politics in the old boys club. Promotions nonexistent.

Great place to work with lots of perks.

Cons

Mandatory days in office even if you do not have in person meetings that day and the office is downtown Toronto which is a pain to get to.
