Pros

Good package with nice employee benefits. Safe job. Good worklife balance. Somehow (but not really) international. People with multiple backgrounds.

Cons

To belong to the right network is more important than skills ("old boys club"). Many managers are more focused on their own agenda than on client's and company's interest. Conservative. Slow decision making. Little degree of delegation, many people try to avoid responsibilty. Too much self-adulation.

Pros

Truly international company that provides great training and looks after its people exceptionally well. If you want to spend your career with one company, this is the kind of company you want to join.

Cons

Downside of the above is that it can be a bit paternalistic, which does not appeal to everyone. It can also make it a quite political environment.
