Pros
Varied work, friendly staff, excellent balance sheet so your job is secure. Respected within the market. Good Technology department. Not the most advanced, but certainly making strides to improve. Most of the cutting edge projects take place in Germany. But it's certainly not stuck in the past. All in all, a great company to be a BA at.
Cons
Not many cons, only one was the lack of career progression. It's not always easy where you can go after 2-4 years of the same work. Suppose that's the same anywhere. Other than that, Munich Re is an excellent company to work for
