      Pros

      No doubt this will be a $1B revenue company. Strong, stable leadership, proven product, happy customers, market dynamics couldn't be more favorable, and strong focus on execution.

      Cons

      Growing pains in the day-to-day infrastructure/operations - to be expected but can definitely test one's patience. Not a place to "hide-out", all employees expected to give 110% in their job and for good of company.

      Lots of smart people who are committed to solving big problems.

      Cons

      Not a lot of team work, often feel stretched beyond your capabilities, it's hard to get things done, lots of big talk where you don't see anything getting better.

      Great work environment, free lunch twice a week, free snacks and beverages at all times. Stock options compensation can make a difference. Flexible working hours. Cutting edge technologies.

      Cons

      Very competitive environment, you really have to make an effort. Difficult to grow, because this competitive environment.
