      Motorola is actively helping to further develop its own initiative and ambitions. By the personal relationship at eye level, even with colleagues and Managers, working at Motorola is enjoyable. The working conditions are very pleasant and encourage motivation.

      Very centralized leadership style from America that may not be for everyone.

      Excellent products and solutions for mobility within Government and Enterprise making Motorola Solutions the absolute thought and technology leader in these markets. Management with long term vision and clear strategy. Truly global company with open minded people. Everybody has the same goal in mind and does everything to help each other to achieve this goal.

      Cons

      Sometimes slow moving and too much procedures and bureaucracy. There can be politics as well as with any large corporation.
