      The culture is great, no one micromanages you, everyone is super friendly, and you can work anytime and anywhere as long as your manager approves.

      Cons

      Compensation is not the best in the market.

      Serving Public Safety

      Pros

      I like the fact that we're serving public safety organizations around the world. It's meaningful work, even if I don't interact with the customers any more (Knowledge Management works within the support organization, but not directly with customers).

      Cons

      Implementation of AI tools has been frustrating. There's such a push for it that they're making the use of it automated. It's more about compliance than it is adoption.
