      - have perks like social committee events - 10% discretionary annual bonus

      Cons

      - Only paid 3% bonus in 2025. - North America jobs are at risk since the company focus on expanding offshore resource at a much lower cost. - Over emphases AI adaption over engineers input. - Depends on the team. Some team are awesome, but other team culture can be toxic.
