      Probably a few but the overtone of the overbearing leaderships shadows everything so much, pros just loose their value.

      Cons

      Have you heard the term "Command & Control" leadership style? Look it up. That's what we've become. We've had 3 sets of leaders. This one's the worst. Lots of people unhappy. Lots of people have been leaving over last 1.5 years. I'm betting more leaving. I agree with other negative reviews. It's pretty accurate. Stay away from the software/product department. Hardware might be ok?

      No learning, No options to work, No appreciation

      Good Money. Good work life balance, if lucky to have cool manager

      Cons

      In my case, No appreciation, No options to choose technology, If manager wants you to testing you can not go in development. Team bonding is very rarely seen. Agile is not followed properly. For my manager , there is no life outside office work.
