      * good salary and overall package * company culture is fantastic * ability to learn something new all the time (i.e. LinkedIn Learning Courses) * most of management foster open minded and candit feedback

      Cons

      * sometimes the investment community mindset (driven by quarterly results) can be a bourden especially when initiatives would need a long term approach to be successful

      Pros

      Working with Motorola Solutions was an easy decision due to their core values and how they take care of the people. I do not feel like just a number when it comes to the other 20K employees I know I have support and my leadership know who I am.

      Cons

      There are other opportunities that can Pay more but the job security in a company has multi generations of employees and loyalty counter the pay

      Great Work Atmosphere. Tons of Benefits. Great Development Opportunities. Onboarding really nice and the HR took their time to personally help me get started.

      I really dont know if there are any Downsides for me the Position is perfect
