10yWe appreciate your feedback. We hope that the focus on results creates flexibility in the way that you and others work. Some do use that flexibility to work outside of traditional office hours. While there are some situations that require a quick reply, we agree that it is a marathon, and work toward making it an environment where people can thrive for a long time.
