      Pros

      - transparent management with frequent Q&A sessions - culture that fosters innovation: hackathons, hack-a-month, not afraid to take risks and fail - not difficult to maintain work/life balance (except during oncall rotations) - great free food

      Cons

      - the only downside is that most teams have oncall rotations, some of which can be pretty intense with calls in the middle of the night and weekends
