      Pros

      - Open, autonomous culture with broadly scoped roles. - Mission driven company to the core and everything we do is aligned around achieving this. - Company sets over the top ambitious goals and this ensures everyone is stretched and challenged in the best possible way. - Dream team pairing of Sheryl & Mark - visionary leaders with integrity and 2 of the strongest operators out there.

      Cons

      Having worked for 6+ years there has definitely been some cons along the way as we scaled the business but I honestly believe that Facebook has never been better, more challenging place to work than it is right now.

      Amazing culture, flexibility, opportunity and the perks and benefits speak for themselves. The first place in an 11 year career that I've felt truly challenged and empowered to do my best work and think outside the box. The ability to get things done with little red tape is unparalleled.

      Cons

      Little that i've experienced - tough place to keep outperforming yourself when surrounded by such smart and talented people.

      A compelling mission, amazing people who raise your game, a fantastic work environment, and a culture that allows you to be yourself.

      Cons

      We're in fast growth which means you have to be prepared to keep up with scaling our products, services, and teams. The good part of this is great career opportunity but, for people who don't know how to scale, it requires new muscles.
