      Pros

      Two of the missions of the company, Move Fast & Be Open. These are attributes that are upheld throughout the company. I've had the opportunity to be a part of different teams, and in every switch this has been the case. Transparency is important to hold people accountable, help people grow, and connect people on different levels.

      Cons

      The facebook adventure can be a whirlwind at times, and moving fast comes at the expense that you lose sight of little things at times and get burned out, but for the sake of growth, we move on, an continue forward.

      Cons

      The company is scaling rapidly, so while there is still a start-up culture, it's impossible to have the type of familiarity with all your coworkers and knowledge of all active projects you'd have at a smaller place.

      Cons

      Work-life balance, while better than most top tech companies and certainly startups, is always a struggle. Unstructured work environment is a challenge to some.
