      Pros

      There's a huge hype around being an FT (Full Timer) and a contractor. Never get into that zone. Focus on quality than quantity, and Facebook is a decent company and will recognize your talents surely. Work hard for it. Fun place to be. Amazing food, they only want to feed you, home pick-up and drop.

      Cons

      Less salaries for contractors, when getting referred keep in mind ho is referring you. A contractor or an FT (Full Timer). Hard-work comes after, what comes before is the way you carry yourself and you look, trendy, urban and a very social personality is a 10 on 10.
