      Great work, horrible managers

      Pros

      I enjoyed my job and the people I worked with a lot. The perks and pay were also top notch.

      Cons

      I had two of the worst managers of my career at Facebook. They were toxic and my skip level managers knew it but did nothing about it. Your entire work and worth as an employee was based on a performance review that seemed to be based on your managers personal opinion of you, so promotions and evaluations seemed completely unfair and very biased.

      Pros

      Overall, coworkers are great and the work environment is awesome but the company’s lack of integrity, lack of ethics, and lack of accountability from the top prompted me to find employment elsewhere.

      Cons

      Disinformation platform that needs to be regulated since top leadership refuse to take accountability.
