      All the benefits of corporate Germany: Union, Part-time opportunities, 30 vacation days, overtime account to use as days off, etc.

      Slow corporate processes - most likely like any company that size

      Pros

      -Well-known company in market-leading position. -Locations throughout the world.

      Cons

      -Swabian-dominated regardless of what HR materials claim. International employees are often at a disadvantage. -Few people are offered a roadmap on how they can progress throughout their career. -Mercedes unit profit margins are no longer the same as they were in the past and products are relying more on gimmicky technology which is not sustainable.
