      They can be stuck in the past with older technologies and redundant reporting methods while technology and simple solutions pass by.

      Great team and good culture. The people I work with are generally very supportive and nice. A lot of exposure to get to know automobile industry.

      Learning is limited, the company is too big so the intern's job is very specific and relative routine.
