Pros

McDonalds is a very great place to work, well at least in Levelland Texas. Our managers are the most trained managers in the area. Our store is known for its quality and producing the most successful employees. Almost all of the staff is committed to excellence and to provide the optimum customer experience. Us employees are treated very well and are payed to our abilities. Our owner is very generous in providing days off and he also gives us good pay. There is also an opportunity to make friends. When us employees have a issue the managers and owner take care of it promptly. This is one of the best places to work for.

Cons

There are really no down sides for working at McDonalds, well I cant think of any.

Pros

Its easy to get in. They train you. I just needed money for school. The job is only as good as the manager. The manager was OK, which was good. He didn't yell alot. I been in other jobs where the manager yells. The food is really OK. I eat it anyway.

Cons

The air is really greasy in the back. I had to wash my hair so much it got frizzy. I don't think you can avoid that. The customers. Some of them were really rude. You don't get tips there. The pay is low and it would be nice to have tips.
