Pros

Easy work, some opportunity for advancement, not bad pay for the industry, sometimes free meals (depending on store/owner), learn customer skills.

Cons

Most of the customers treat you like trash, and some of the management will do the same. The workplace can be hazardous (especially in the kitchen), you will never eat fast food again.

Run for your lives save yourselves...the horror

Pros

- Medical - Vision supplement plan - Dental - Flexible spending accounts - Short and long term disability - Employee and dependent life insurance - Accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) - Travel and business travel accident insurance

Cons

Classical lose-lose situation: If you work hard and give 100% to the company, you will most likely lose your job to a teenager who will work for much less. No room to grow career wise so its basically a dead-end job so to speak. Enough power to abuse employees because they work for cheap and has no other alternatives. No consideration for the extra task(s) that is done. The constant overshadowing of upper management.
