Pros

There's is always opportunity for growth. McDonald's is very good with moving up people from within the organization. You just have to go that extra step to get there. I feel that I'm paid fairly for the job I do. I don't have a college degree, but I make more than my friends that do have one.

Cons

At the restaurant level, the benefits are not great.

Pros

it was a fun place to work but let your friends see you work there because its a bit embarrassing

Cons

It can be very tough to get the menu items right and putting stuff into the register is not fun. The bosses can be real D-Bags too

Pros

It was very fun at first, there was a great store manager and everyone got along. Then our store manager transferred and our owner brought in a new one that had never even worked at mcDonald's before. She cares more about the outside view of our store than her employees. So it really shows the work environment at McDonald's can vary drastically.

Cons

It became a very stressful job where i felt over worked and completely disrespected. Although if our old manager was still there i would still work there.
