Cafe has free food for breakfast, lunch.

Cons

Annual raises are consistently below official CPI inflation rate. No career growth here. New rating system is super unclear. HR and manager doesn't seem to have the same understanding of score between 1 and 5. Any ambiguity hurts individual contributors in the end. Limited opportunities, promotions for new graduates. Who qualifies for extend stakeholder bonus or any bonus at all is super opaque. Engineers have too many tasks while others like UX, QE have very little.
