The working environment is very friendly and comfortable. Follows a flat hierarchy, you can go to anyone with any sort of queries - they will be answered. A great place to learn new concepts and workflows, great experience to work in a team of experts. A lot of industry level trainings offered.
Cons
You can be subjected to high pressure during end game period of the release cycles. Too much process oriented.
