Pros

employees are well taken care of. Genuinely useful product; feels good to help build something used across so many industries and applications. Wonderful work/life balance, everyone understands we have lives outside of work.

Cons

projects can take a long time to complete; often a lot of reviews/processes to go through. Not the most nimble environment but they do what has worked for them for a long time.
