      Pros

      The policies of the company are very employee friendly. Matlab is very versatile and attracts so many different customers anid one gets a lot of exposure.

      Cons

      I think it pays less than other companies and growth factor up in the ladder is little slow.

      Pros

      Good manager, fit to my major. The colleagues are very talented. The work load is reasonable. The location is good also.

      Cons

      The cafe is not so good. The job is quite routine, so not that interesting. I cannot think of any more.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits, work environment was very modern and well thought out, CEO was inspiring and communicated the vision very well.

      Cons

      From a sales perspective you had to be on the outside team or it wasn't a sales job. If you were willing to stick it out with low salary for 5-7 years you might get a chance to move into a outside role, otherwise it was very limited from a growth track into new challenges and higher earnings potential.
