      - The company really does value its' staff and does right by them. - MathWorks is very financially stable. - Collaboration is important to its' success. - The company makes sound long term decisions by reviewing things with with numerous smart people. - They hire the best and brightest.

      Cons

      Decision making can take longer at MathWorks than other companies but at MathWorks it's more important to make the right decision rather than a fast decision.
