Simply awesome as a company, work life balance is superior

Pros

Work life balance. Incredibly smart people with variety of expertisze. Thriving internal community and lots of internal tooling, and infrastructure access to do experimental and tryouts and other things. A few years into my work there I progressed three times, they do recognize the high achievers. Could not ask for a better and more modest CEO.

Cons

Pay is great but not at the highest levels. Higher management could be more proactive in adopting new technologies, older infrastructure slows you down often.
