      - Not too much pressure on employees - Very friendly and helpful people - Invests a lot in employer training - Good work-life balance - Fair amount of transparency though company - Company is seeing a good growth

      - Pay is not the best - SDLC process may look a bit dragging - Sometimes the meetings may be overwhelming

      It is a great organization. It is very stable, organized and consistent. You are lucky if you get an opportunity to work at MathWorks.

      Cons

      The YOY increase is not big but if you are looking for long term job opportunity and a stable career, this is the best organization.
