Pros

Great work life balance. Even with the company's continuous growth it still maintains a "small" company feeling. Lots of extra perks.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunities for career advancement. There are many mid-level managers that should not be in that position but are simply because they have been with the company for a long time. Pay is on the lower side.

Hire from within first, lots of snacks, drinks available- all around nice people.

Cons

Not great management that led me to leave. Should re-visit hiring/firing policy to get rid of the inefficient people. Very low starting salary.
