Pros
So many positive things about MathWorks: great benefits, great culture (on the surface), great people to work with, great products, great training.
Cons
For experienced professionals, you may bump into an invisible force field called "the MathWorks way." Strong "not invented here" syndrome and a culture that protects long-time employees--some of whom have never worked elsewhere in their career. If you expect you experience outside MathWorks to have value, plan to be disappointed.
