      Pros

      I absolutely love the learning environment at MathWorks. There's a club or "birds of a feather" group for any topic you can think of from Photography to Makers. There are regular guest speakers from academia and industry invited to speak. Not only has it benefited my professional career but also my personal/hobby projects.

      Cons

      In a data driven company it is often hard to avoid analysis paralysis.
