Pros

1. Pretty chilled life. No need to work at all and still can hang around. 2. Pretty much no threat from competition

Cons

1. Low pay and benefits. 2. Bad review process. 3. Too many processes. Even to get monitor you might need to wait for months. 4. Everything tightly controlled by HQ and those guys have no idea how things should work here in Bangalore. 5. No WFH. Seriously !! In this era this is ridiculous. 6. company is outdated and no fascinating place to work at all. Working here will make you outdated.

Good try, but potential to waste talent.

Pros

The campus looks awesome. Office are also very nice. For the most part, coworkers are friendly and engaging. Nice perks, such as free breakfast on Wednesday and free cookies on Friday afternoon.

Cons

A lot of project time is spent trying to appease everyone involved. There is also little concern for individuals dissatisfied by their work. Or at least, there is little action done regarding such matters. Young and enthusiastic individuals tend to be taken for granted.
