      Pros

      MathWorks is an incredible place to work. The people are genuinely kind, thoughtful, and collaborative, and the leadership team—including the CEO—are approachable and supportive. The company offers great flexibility, emphasizes work/life balance, and is very family-friendly. There are lots of perks, beautiful offices, and MathWorks gives back to the community in meaningful ways.
