      Pros

      Great company culture. For the most part, leadership really cares for their staff and want to make it a great place to work. Strong belief to "do the right thing". My team is happy and works well together.

      Cons

      Hybrid work schedule is fairly strict. The desire to "do the right thing" can sometimes lead to analysis paralysis and decisions can take a long time. That said, new leaders are trying to make positive changes to solve for this issue.

      Treated like a human, compensated fairly, healthy work environment and culture, free breakfast and lunch, reasonable expectations, focus on quality over deadlines, private company not beholden to shareholders

      Cons

      Have to be in office 3 days a week. But it's easy enough to call out for any reason, they don't keep track.
