      A very well run company that looks at the long term interest of it's customers and employees.

      Cons

      Can feel slow moving to those not in the know. The company doesn't move slowly as much as the movements are organized so well people don't notice them happening.

      Career progress maybe a bit slow Most of the work done in MATLAB, slowing down learning other languages (depends on the team though) Review process can get tedious at times
