      Stability. It's almost a cliche to talk about the work-life balance at MathWorks

      Cons

      The stability is established on this white-patriarchical hierarchy. There are a lot of micro aggressions towards minorities. But the company tries to show themselves as a place for inclusion, diversity, and accessibility, which is hypocritical. Customers also come from places that bring ethical questions.
