Pros

Very laid back, if you have had a real job then this is a cake walk. Just busy work. They sometimes offer 20% or $20 gift certificates every month. Not a minor management company.

Cons

where do I begin... management has no clue was being organized is. They hire almost anyone, The worst employees I've ever worked with. One week you have hours and the next week none. No one can do their job right and most of the staff don't want to work or and don;t show up to work. Managers can't get a schedule right to save their life. They offer candy as a reward, what am I 12...? If you are a coordinator you are under paid for being a glorified baby sitter. Corporate changes the methods of how we should work which is suppose to make things better but makes a simple take more complicated. The list just goes on...

Pros

Weekly pay otherwise Nothing. McDonalds supplies safety equipment Marshalls does not. Weekly pay though. That's all I can say positive about this place place!

Cons

Management hides, worked off the clock, no proper safety equipment, they lie about starting wage .50¢ less than promised, We unloaded Semi's without proper safety equipment. Warehouse workers get paid a minimum of $12.00 a hour and have equipment! Quit for better wage $14.48 a hour and Full-time hours with benefits. I now make in a week more than you ever will make in a month at Marshall's! Pallets were stacked 7 to 8 feet high. We tip toed and pulled the boxes down. Resulted in work injuries I had enough, applied at a better company! There is a reason this place Hates unions. This company is a prime example of why unions were created. Horrible company!

Pros

Low standards (easy to get hired), 10% discount (gee, thanks!), no set uniform (but there is a strict dress code enforced)

Cons

Low standards, low wages, bad corporate policies, useless loss prevention / security, feeling disposable rather than a valuable team-member, customers and managers alike get upset with you for store and company issues
