- intercultural experience: meet different people around the world and interact with them - budgets that can help you create what you need - training and clear rules regarding behavior - increases the trust and self-esteem of employee thank to the company's culture

Cons

- lack of speed in evolution (a large system moves slowly) - hard to come up and implement out-of-the-box ideas, no flexibility and willingness to improve fast without efforts - needed knowledge in new areas is not taken in consideration by management and decisions are based on instinct, sometimes without strategy - sometimes management is the bottleneck in evolution and realizing how the market evolves.
