I was a full time employee and enjoyed working with METRO until the new MD Arvind Mediratta joined and ruined the company. He has brought it to its knees and every one is living in fear of losing their jobs. He does not know his mind, has no strong business knowledge and is bringing in his own people who can lick his boots. He is full of himself and likes sycophancy. Does not take advice or constructive feedback, has made it a really bad place to work.
Cons
You have to be a favourite of the MD or one of his followers to be able to hold your job He is a horrible person, worse than a poisonous snake, insecure and fears his own job and position. His management cannot stand up to him as he does not appreciate any negative feedback. he says something in front of you and does something behind your back.
