      you have an overview of the company in a short period of time, and most of the senior managers are professional and have great abilities in mentoring new comers

      Pros

      Excellent work culture with strong focus on results delivered the right way. All old sins of the past have been tackled head-on by current management. So a lot of old timers who were cheating the company are either complaining as their dirty game is up or have been asked to leave the company.

      Cons

      Pressure to perform as the company is focused on driving profitable sales. Easy low margin sales are discouraged by management.

      Pros

      The only pro this company can boast about is the fact that they are an MNC headquartered in Germany.

      Cons

      - Horrible work culture. There is no respect for any employee's skills whatsoever. They will make you work the way they want to, without regards to what you are capable of. The India business is highly mismanaged and 'compliance' is something only on paper. No processes are followed and efficiency obviously takes a hit. Do not expect any work-life balance if you take up a job here. You will be better off taking up a low paying job that gives you respect rather than working here.
