A company only for high achiever’s and go getters, not place for the sucker tribe. Pls keep on the good work

Cons

Management ability to handle negative employees needs to improve, otherwise such employees will tarnish the company’s image in the eyes of future employees.

Pros

International company and a very passionate leadership which gives a clear direction. Full autonomy in taking decisions and support provided by the leadership team. Really enjoying being here.

Cons

There is some negativity in the system who are a hindrance and spreading negativity all around which is not good for the company. Instead they should focus on the task and not indulge in politics.

Pros

Recently, many employees got promoted in Metro C&C India during the annual appraisal cycle. It was great to see the leadership actually walking the talk on promoting internal talent, employee focus & meritocracy. Those who are focused on getting results and willing to go the extra mile can have a great career in the company. The company provides many opportunities both withing the country and abroad for employee development and growth. Recently, two deserving middle level managers were awarded international postings.

Cons

Some employees who didn't get promoted may quit.
