1. Employees are underpaid as against the market. High attrition because of the same. 2. Processes are outdated and involves manual labor everywhere 3. Decisions from top management are very poor and expectations are very high with little support 4. It runs unplanned and decisions are taken in last minute to run the platform

Work pressure is very High.(unbearable) The working hours increases 8 to 12 ( But no concept of OT) They provide tiffin and lunch (paid meals) The quality of food is very bad. They have bio metric attendance but only used to target the employees who are late. They say you get promotions and exams at every 6 months ( it's a lie). Most of the systems and software (everything)are maintained by headquarters (Bangalore) People. You are just a tool for them. No learning opportunities Or do anything you know . The store timings are not good. 3 shifts available 5.40 am to 1.30 pm 9 am to 6 pm ( it is not available for newly joined employees) 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm ( some time it will increases to 11 pm Traveling becomes a very problematic if you don't have a vehicle)
