Flexibility, work/life balance, many training and development opportunities, excellent on site facilities, collaborative working, great environment, many financial perks and benefits, inclusive culture, great people.

Cons

It takes time to change processes but there is a drive to continuously improve how we do things.

Pros

- Dynamic working allows me to plan my working hours around personal commitments. - Nice on-site facilities in Stevenage. - Subsidised food and coffee. - Opportunities for progression for those who want it, no pressure for those who don't. - Supportive & helpful managers and HR. - Was made to feel very welcome on day 1.

Cons

- Bureaucracy, although I don't know how it compares with other defence companies. - Less variation in my day-to-day job when compared to previous roles in smaller companies.
