Great canteen with very cheap cooked breakfast and barista coffee. Good food available all day and choice of cooked lunch Large campus site with plenty of free parking Lots of projects to work on with a great variety of tools / languages etc The Dynamic working (Flexi time) is a great benefit

Large open plan office seems noisy after working from home for several years

Pros

1) A great organization with many opportunities, both in terms of learning and career development paths. 2) A great work environment, including great hospitality services.

Cons

1) Like all big organizations, getting simple things done might feel slightly difficult at times. But learning to overcome such obstacles is partly what an engineering role is about. So in it's own it's an opportunity to develop professional skills and knowledge.
