Pros

Since joining, I have been shown nothing but friendliness and support from every person I have met. Dynamic working is a great perk- I can make my work suit me, this enables a good work/life balance which I value highly. There are fantastic benefits on MBDA Rewards- I get money off my gym membership every month which is fab. You also get recognised for the hard work that you do on Spotlight; here, you can claim back points in the form of vouchers. This is a fantastic incentive to work hard. I feel extremely supported by MBDA and proud to say I work for a company that truly values its employees.
