Great place to work and excellent rewards

Pros

Fascinating work, really good people to work with day to day, exceptional on-site facilities (canteen and coffee is really good price), good work-life balance, feel empowered via interesting defence projects, good development opportunities and career pathways (which attracted me here).

Cons

Finding information is difficult as a new starter, intranet could do with a complete overhaul, Stevenage is a bit out the way unless you can afford to live in Herts (or Bristol), projects can be slow burners at times due to the nature of the work, sometimes a bit removed from the customer end of the products.
