Pros

I love the flexibility on the working hours, there are no core hours so it's possible to manage the working hours as preferred. People are great, career wise it's great because it has loads of different path that can be chosen according to each person goals.

Cons

Due to the defence industry it is not possible to use personal accessories such as headphones, mouse, keyboard etc
