      Pros

      Pays overtime and good pension.

      Cons

      You have to seek permission to buy Holiday Flex, you cannot carry leave forward into following year if you work in HR though it is against company policy. If you are coming from a diverse background HR Team (i.e. in London, or big cities), please do take into account this is not a multicultural team and you can feel it when you're in it as it is an established team who are each others friends).

      I've never had an opportunity to grow professionally like I have at MBDA

      My work is varied, interesting and exciting. I have purpose and clear roles and responsibilities. I am actively encouraged to develop professionally through in house and external training and on the job experience The company allow me to work flexibly around my personal needs to maintain a worklife balance and personal wellbeing I have clear structure, processes and procedures to allow me to do my job to the best of my ability

      Lack of modern day tools for effectivity and efficiency Poor senior leadership that are not visible, don't make clear decisions or any decisions for that matter Progress is slow due to company politics Company culture is not consistent through the organisation
