Pros

Good food at a great price, outside space when the weather is good. Have been given a lot of autonomy and am trusted to get the job done. My colleagues are nice and we enjoy what we do.

Cons

It can be a bit crowded. Lack of space for breaks. Acoustics in the atrium are awful and it’s the main place for lunch/ a more casual chat. Slow to get anything done due to red tape.
